Tropical Angel

Released by Irem in September 1983, Tropical Angel is an exhilarating water-skiing time trial game set in the tropical seas. Players control a "marine girl," aiming for high scores by mastering techniques such as acceleration, riding in reverse, and performing big jumps off ramps. As players advance from Class B to Class A and eventually to Master Class, they can see charming animations like the character letting go with one hand to crouch, though they must take care to avoid collisions with sharks.
