The Speed Rumbler

Released by Capcom in 1986, this isometric action-racing game is set in a desolate 21st-century wasteland. Players take on the role of a special forces operative tasked with driving the "Armor Transam," an armed vehicle, across a treacherous "death road" to rescue hostages kidnapped by the evil organization "Zapper."
